The Russian Special Military Operation (SMO) in Ukraine is hotting up. Now the Europeans are saying that Russia will attack them, and NATO needs more money.
However, the threat from Russia apparently isn't immediate if one listens to NATO leaders, along with France, the UK and Germany, they give the date as somewhere around 2030.
Geez, like anyone would wait patiently for five years until their "enemy" is fully armed and ready. As if sportsmanship is the primary consideration in conflict.
The Russians have been saying for years that they have no interest in invading Europe. Even Trump would rather do business with Russia than fight them.
So here is a just over a minute compilation of what the Russian leader had to say over the years. It is on the Russian server VK, so I can only link.
Video blurb:
Quote:Watch Kremlin footage cut down to the core:
“Have you all gone crazy?” (St Petersburg 2024)
“NATO threat is total nonsense” (Moscow 2023)
Why Europe tells its people “Ukraine today, us tomorrow”
The “red-line” ploy that corners Russia
Putin ~ ‘HAVE YOU ALL GONE CRAZY?’
Okay : ) I am ready now for the "polite feedback". (where did I put my baseball bat . . . )

LOL
They're not even trying now.
Maybe the Russian front sweeping across Europe will be washed out to sea by the melting polar ice caps.
It's weird how the climate impacts and carbon footprint from the trillions poured into banker's wars never has to be stopped because of the risk of hitting the climate tipping point. They just need me to stop eating meat.
Sorry folks, but you need to eat cricket McNuggets so that we can continue to drop bombs on civilians in a foreign lands and secure more profits for corporations.

Trump did torpedo the "climate change" pretty quick. Europe has the little green goblin Greta to keep things green. At least when Greta isn't getting arrested in Israel . . . Would you believe it, the girl was treated as a heroine in Sweden after her deportation.
The "renewable" solar and wind kinda works sometimes, just don't turn on the solar-powered lights at nighttime, and if the wind blows too fast excess electricity overloads the system. That big blackout in Europe a week or so ago was a case in point. Someone even tried to blame that on Russian hackers, rather than poor planing.
I did notice that all the money that NATO allegedly "needs" to arm themselves will go to European arms manufacturers. Rheinmetall in Germany, oh, and the French car maker Renault is planning to go into drone making. Maybe something more to do with the Trump tariff war cutting profits.

Funning how things play out; peace talks to begin then Ukrain sends drones to bomb the shit out of Russia so the media can make Russia look like the bad guys for retaliating.
This whole proxy war has been a joke catering to the wee thinkers from day one.
What you aren't changing, you're choosing.

Aye Nugget, unfortunately the wee thinkers out number sensible people.

For those who find VK blocked in your country, here is a transcript of the video:
Quote:That's complete nonsense. The entire NATO organisation can't help but understand that Russia has no reasons, no interest -- neither economic, nor political, nor military -- to fight NATO countries.
Have you all gone crazy? As dumb as this table?
Who came up with this? It's nonsense, do you understand? Complete drivel.
But it would be nonsense if it weren't actually an idea designed to fool their own people.
To shout, "Help, Russia is about to attack us! We urgently need to arm ourselves, urgently send arms to Ukraine!"
This threat doesn't exist and can't exist. We're defending ourselves in Ukraine.
Look at where the US is, across the ocean, and where we are. Imagine if we were doing in Canada or Mexico what the US is doing on our doorstep, in Ukraine.
Why don't they think about that sometime?
The tactic is very simple: they drive us to a red line, beyond which we can't retreat. As soon as we start responding, they immediately scare their populations with the Russian threat.
Now European leaders present everything to their societies as if the future of their countries is being decided in Ukraine.
And supposedly, if Ukraine fails, a NATO country will inevitably be next.

The real test will be whether British mothers will actually accept that their sons have to die for Finland or Estonia or Poland.
I wonder if refugees will be lining up to show their appreciation to the Europeans that have spent billions of dollars rescuing them from the conditions they fled and to ensure the continuation of the liberal ideals that Russia is apparently going to destroy. Russia... who we've been told is out of money, soldiers, resources, and arms, for two years. I bet nobody in EU leadership will be pushing for prioritizing diversity and minority representation in any conscription process, but I bet a lot of refugees will decide their homeland isn't so bad if they start rounding people up in vans like Zelenskyy has with Ukrainian men.
The elite class will send a few of their kids to rise through the ranks of leadership far from danger and the plebs will send their kids to be biological suicide drones at the front.
The enlightened liberal society of Europe is just a front for imperialist feudalism. A proxy for their corporate and banker overlords to exploit the rest of the world as they've done for last 500 years. You make the people so poor and desperate that they'll sacrifice their sons for the resources to survive in the present. Without the US chartering the course of imperialism they'll need to start doing more heavy lifting. More taxes for the war, because you know they aren't going to stop stealing and misappropriating what they already take.

I know!
My ex-ish wife gave me such a look the one time I mentioned the 'R word' - If looks could kill - I would be a dead man. There is also a certain silence that goes with it as she weighs up what to say. It would have been safer to bring home a mistress . . .
She works at a car mechanical shop, and uses phrases like "it needs a head job" to describe replacing a head gasket, but don't use the R word around her.
Luckily, I am still alive, by the way, and have learned to bite my tongue and save my comments for a certain anonymous board online.

I doubt refugees will fight for NATO, and I remember an article somewhere that mentioned that the current generation of youngsters in the German military (zoomers?) were more interested in lifestyle balance between working as a soldier and outside life.
Refugees have different important role in liberal ideology . . .
In the recent Federal elections here in Australia, the polling was fairly close untill the sitting government played the "we stand behind Ukraine!" card at the last moment, and they won.
I have a theory that Soros and the liberal ideology learned an important lesson in a small American town back in the 1980s:
Quote:How an Indian cult guru famed for promoting naked meditation and group sex took over an entire US town . . . ~ Daily Mail, UK/March 18, 2018 By Marlene Lenthang.
An Indian spiritual guru moved to Oregon to bring his enlightenment to the American people, but his movement spiraled into the largest bioterror attack in US history in a plot to take over a town.
Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh created a name for himself in India based on his spiritual teachings of open love and higher awareness.
His practices included naked meditation, group sex, and dancing.
In 1981 he created a utopia for his Western followers, purchasing a sprawling 64,000-acre ranch for $5.75million next the small town of Antelope, Oregon.
Rajneesh and his 1,600 disciples - many of them wealthy professionals - created a world for themselves on the camp with their own homes, stores, and police force.
They took over the area with their communal living style, their daily dancing and singing routines, and stuck out in the red and orange clothing.
However their world clashed with that of the sleepy Antelope town next door, home to just 45 residents and stretching less than a square mile in size, according to the NY Post.
Tensions between the cult and the town's citizens heightened and three years later it came to a crash.
'At first, they were seen as strange — not as a threat. Then they started buying property,' Antelope resident John Silvertooth said to the NY Post.
'They moved enough people in to get a majority on the town council . . . which changed the name of Antelope to Rajneesh. Main Street turned into Bhagwan Boulevard,' he added.
The commune's growing influence took over the town's local countownscil and adopted its own policies, igniting fury in the Antelope residents.
Video interviews collected from the 80s for a Netflix docu-series on the cult entitled Wild Wild Country reveal citizens' outrage towards the Rajneesh followers.
'I want that guru and his evil influence out of my city,' one woman in the Netflix program.
Another local described the ashram as 'run by satanic power'.

Taking over governments using imported votes seems to have become a trend after that.
